ইউনাইটেড কমার্শিয়াল ব্যাংক পিএলসি (ইউসিবি) নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করেছে। বেসরকারি বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংকটি সেন্টার ম্যানেজার (এভিপি-এফভিপি) পদে জনবল নিয়োগের জন্য এ বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়েছে। গত ০৯ আগস্ট থেকেই আবেদন নেওয়া শুরু হয়েছে। আবেদন করা যাবে আগামী ০৮ সেপ্টেম্বর পর্যন্ত। আগ্রহী প্রার্থীরা অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীরা মাসিক বেতন ছাড়াও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী আরো বিভিন্ন সুযোগ-সুবিধা পাবেন।

Requirements

Education

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
• No third division/class in any academic examination will be accepted.
• In compliance with the applicable circulars/instructions of Bangladesh Bank, successful completion of the required Banking Professional Examination (JAIBB/AIBB, as applicable) is mandatory for consideration of an offer at the next job grade.

Experience

• At least 7 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

• Age At most 50 years

• Minimum of 7-10 years of Banking Experience in Retail Business with exposure to Priority Banking in a Managerial Capacity
• Strong understanding of Priority Banking business and operational dynamics & customer needs/preferences.
• Sound Banking knowledge including product, process, risk & compliance
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver challenging business targets
• Networking & Relationship Management skills
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, team management & staff development skills

Responsibilities & Context

The Center Manager will lead and manage the center team while driving individual and lounge-level sales targets as per the approved budget. The role includes overseeing lounge operations, performing checker/approver responsibilities, ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance, and monitoring business performance. The incumbent will also focus on team development, customer relationship management, and delivering service excellence to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business performance by achieving individual and lounge-level targets in line with approved budgets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate portfolio growth and customer acquisition
• Lead, coach, and manage team performance, including staff development and counselling
• Oversee lounge operations and customer service delivery to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
• Build and expand customer networks to support sustained business growth
• Strengthen customer engagement and relationship management to enhance acquisition, cross-sell, and retention
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Manage risk and ensure full regulatory and compliance adherence
