• Market and sell TBL Credit Card products to prospective and existing customers, conduct regular sales calls and market visits to identify new leads, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Cross-sell POS services to merchants and customers, and support merchant onboarding onto the POS platform.
• Support onboarding of merchants and customers onto Bangla QR and POS platforms.
• Identify and approach potential customers and merchants for card, QR, and POS products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, charges, and eligibility requirements to customers.
• Collect and verify customer/merchant documents for account and product applications.
• Support onboarding and activation of cards, QR codes, and POS terminals.
